OVERVIEW
Hualong EOE (short for “China Hualong EOE Co., Ltd” or “Jieyang City Hualong EOE Co., Ltd.”) was founded in 2004, is a fully integrated easy open end manufacturer equipped with complete imported equipment from printing to product packaging over 18 years of accumulated experience and expertise in producing tinplate and aluminum high-quality easy open end. Nowadays Hualong EOE is qualified to meet the demands and requirements to the satisfaction of most customer since our annual production capacity has reached over 4 billion pieces of easy open ends.
PRODUCT
Hualong EOE has qualified for the FSSC 22000 and ISO9001 international quality system certification, and all easy open end products are apply to the packaging of various food can, inside diameter range from 50mm to 126.5mm, with more than 130 kinds of products. According to different materials, Hualong’s product portfolio features tinplate easy open end, TFS easy open end and aluminum easy open end with safety rim. Leveraging on this broad product range, Hualong’s products are widely used in sealing with PET Can, aluminum can, tinplate can, metal can, paper can, composite can, food can, plastic can, etc. Besides, Hualong EOE can offer OEM service as well based on the special requirements of our customers to develop and produce various customized version of easy open end products for special purposes.

PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
Advanced equipment is the guarantee of high-quality product production. Throughout over the past 18 years of Hualong’s business activities in the metal packaging industry, Hualong EOE has always been committed to the change and technical promotion on product. With the upgrading of the advanced equipment, nowadays Hualong EOE has 21 automatic production lines, including 9 sets of imported AMERICAN MINSTER high speed production lines with range from 3 lanes to 6 lanes high-speed system, and 2 sets of imported GERMAN SCHULER high speed production lines with range from 3 lanes to 4 lanes high-speed system, and 10 sets of base lid making machines. We would keep our pledge to continue to develop, to improve as well as upgrade our quality and our production equipment to meet the demands and requirements to the satisfaction of our customer.
